- Visa Appointment Confirmation: Proof of scheduled visa interview.
- Passport: Valid for at least six months beyond the intended stay.
- Passport Photos: Typically two recent passport-sized photos.
- Proof of Relationship: Marriage certificate (for spouses) or birth certificates (for children).
- Financial Evidence: Documents showing the F-1 visa holder’s financial ability to support dependents.
- Visa Fee Payment Receipt: Proof of payment for the visa application fee.
