What is a F-1 Study Visa?

Application Process

  3. Complete DS-160: Fill out the Online Nonimmigrant Visa Application form (DS-160) on the Consular Electronic Application Center website.
  4. Schedule Visa Interview: Book an appointment at the U.S. embassy or consulate in your home country.
  5. Attend Visa Interview: Present required documents and undergo an interview with a consular officer.

  • DS-160 Confirmation: Proof of completed application form.
